Injured training

So it has almost been a month since I hurt my shoulder and possibly tore my rotator cuff. My insurance has finally approved my MRI but of course, no appointments available until the 29th, then can't see the ortho again until the 6th. So another 2 weeks before any resolution begins.

At least I have been able to keep my cardio up. Over the few weeks, I have consistently been doing cardio and I have just been going insane. I never knew I would miss lifting this much. But like they said, you don't realize what you have until its gone. Not even having the ability to lift my arm to my side has driven me insane. Climbing out of my oversized chair at home has been a nightmare.

This does change my perspective on future training though for me. Since I can't lift, I will be going hardcore with cardio. The goal is now to cut as much fat as possible so when I can begin training again, I am lean and do not have to worry about hardcore cutting to be a LW, I'll already be light.
I thought 2013 was going to be my year but not anymore. 2014 will be my next year of competition, this gives me 8 months to surgery/rehab/prep a comeback.

This will happen, 2013 is a wash. 2014 will show a completely different person and when he comes, the world better look out.
